It would seem that everything is logical. To lose weight, you need to sit on an effective diet. But modern nutritionists categorically against such methods of weight loss. Why?

1. Diets do not give a sustainable result

10. Obsession with its own weight can lead to “weight stigmatization”

Why are you on a diet? Because it is fashionable? Because everyone does it like that? Because you want a figure, like a model? Because “so accepted” is to be thin and fragile? Being under constant pressure of generally accepted “standards” of beauty, a woman may develop “weight stigmatization”, which will lead to gluttony, a decrease in self -esteem, depression and the absence of faith in oneself.
